Packing & Shipping Guidelines

 

The following packing & shipping guidelines describe the options and requirements for sending your golf club donations to the Rally for the Cure® Golf Club Donation Center.

Remember: The cost of shipping is as follows: $15 (1-20 clubs), $20 (21-40 clubs), $30 (40+ clubs). The cost of shipping will simply be deducted from the total donation value - there is NO out of pocket expense for shipping charges.

 


Pack & Ship Yourself | Have The UPS Store® Do it All For You

 

Self Pack & Ship
Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip inside the box and attach the UPS® Shipping label outside of the box.
Please use an appropriate sized box and sufficient packing materials to protect clubs in transit.
Bundle irons with elastic bands. (Please don't use tape.)
Cover all heads to prevent damage. Use headcovers whenever possible, or substitute other available packing materials. (E.g. Bubble wrap, newspaper etc.)
Do not combine heavier items (E.g. iron sets) with lighter items (E.g. drivers) in the same box.

Promptly take your package to one of over 4,100 locations of The UPS Store to ship your clubs to the Rally for the Cure® Golf Club Donation Center.

Take advantage of The UPS Store to make packing and shipping your clubs as easy and convenient as possible.
Simply bring your UPS® shipping label and packing slip and your clubs to your local The UPS Store location and hand them off to their expert staff.
They'll select the appropriate box and necessary packing materials, pack your clubs for you and ship them promptly.
If you donate 20 or more clubs, you will receive FREE boxing & packing supplies at The UPS Store® if needed. If you donate less than 20 clubs, you will receive up to a 30% discount at The UPS Store® on boxing and packing supplies.
